It has modern equipment for the crushing of the olives and storing, refining, and packaging of the oil.
The crushing stone is made of granite and the olive crusher has a production capacity od 25 quintals of olives per hour, crushing is done at low cold temperature to avoid heating the olive paste and to maintain the organolectic characteristics, the vitamins, and those typical elemets tha distinguish Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
